At Wonder Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other odors
  • Without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered or customized
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@wondermart.lk or call +94 112 337 887 within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  4. Pack Items: Securely pack items with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship or Drop Off: Send the package to our returns address or drop off at our store

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such items.

Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank Processing: Please allow additional 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our expense
