Delivery Coverage

Wonder Mart delivers to all areas within Sri Lanka. We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Times

* Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
• We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status. You can also contact our customer service team for updates on your order.

Delivery Instructions

• Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete
• Include landmarks or directions if your location is difficult to find
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• Our courier may contact you before delivery

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• You may receive a call to reschedule delivery
• Unclaimed packages may be returned to our warehouse
• Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues such as:

• Delayed delivery beyond estimated time
• Damaged package upon arrival
• Missing items from your order
• Delivery to wrong address
