1. Introduction

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, we do not warrant that such information is error-free. Colors may vary slightly from their appearance on your screen due to monitor settings.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed securely through our Internet Payment Gateway (IPG). We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or illegal activity.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Sri Lanka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery times and costs.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund & Return Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wonder Mart or its content suppliers and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws.
